Thank you so much for sharing this clip with us. My sister, Angela, and I met with Chef Claudio on Friday. He is very excited to offer a full gluten-free menu! His food is delicious and makes my mouth water just thinking about it. In addition, he will be serving gluten-free desserts from Grandmas Goodies -www.getgrandmasgoodies.com. Brownie a la mode to start but mousse and cakes to come if people are interested. Thank you Sybil for a wonderful site!
